1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on PlayerVault are digital goods, including login credentials and 2FA keys. Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. All sales are final.
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Change of Mind: We cannot provide a refund if you simply decide you no longer want the account after delivery.
- Platform Bans: We are not responsible for accounts that are banned due to user error, such as using a low-quality VPN, breaking casino terms of service, or suspicious betting patterns.
- Regional Restrictions: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they can access the platform from their location using a proper residential proxy.
3. Lifetime Replacement Warranty
While we do not offer cash refunds, we stand behind the quality of our verified accounts.
- Replacement Only: If an account is found to be defective at the time of delivery (e.g., incorrect credentials or failed initial verification), we will provide a free replacement.
- Warranty Support: This lifetime warranty covers issues related to the original verification process only.
